2. Custom Orders
Non-Refundable: Custom orders are made according to your specific instructions and preferences. As such, they are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
Eligibility: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your order.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To process any claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video should clearly show the packaging and the condition of the product as it is being opened.
Resolution: Upon receipt and review of the unboxing video, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at jupitermomentos@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
Authorization: Returns must be authorized by us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
